Troubleshooting is completely free, however travel charges will incur depending on your location. For the Grants and Milan area there is no travel charge.

For printer setup, it is $20. For any printer repairs, we charge $35 an hour (Parts not included)

We do not build custom PCs

We do not offer Ethernet cables that are not Plenum rated, these cables are also not rated for outdoor use.

Cat6 Plenum (UTP)

Cat6 Plenum (STP)
($0.35+/Foot)

(STP) is Shielded cabling, it includes foil shielding inside of the cable to help decrease crosstalk and to increase connection speeds.

(UTP) is Unshielded cabling, it does not include foil shielding inside.

Plenum rated cabling has a fire-resistant coating and reduces the amount of smoke when burning, this is why we do not offer non plenum rated cabling for residents.
